Pros

Good people to work with, for the most part, and the work goes towards a good cause. Would only recommend, however, if you don't mind being targeted and singled out by management, or are willing to be a brown-noser or snitch to management.

Since undergoing a transfer of ownership several months back, the state of the company is an utter disaster. Most of the senior management from head office have either left or were dismissed, and everyone that's left is juggling to try to keep everything running smoothly. There is no sense of responsibility among management, except for those few employees that they favor - whom they let get away with slacking off, making critical mistakes, and no less than sexual discrimination and harassment (I have experienced this personally). The management also does not care for the hard work that honest employees perform, instead focusing to look at production numbers rather than such things as integrity, honesty, cleanliness, and safety. Several people have been hurt while on the job, mostly due to improper training, while others were (or are in the process of being) railroaded and scapegoated to make the departments look better in comparison. Management also tends to single out employees to target and intimidate into either quitting or accept cuts in hours. Despite numerous reports from safety personnel, work areas still lacking in many regards.
