Bad Employer-employee environment. Extremely hierarchical and poor transparency of company goals and development. Salaries at the bottom of the market, bordering ilegality, for those very few who get hired. Marketing non paid interns get sacked for refusing having to work full-day packaging, removal and non professional tasks. Sense of exploitment. Poor motivation.
