Review after 9 months in the company - Senior Engineer Technology bei Iris Software: Mitarbeiterbewertung

IRIS's biggest merit lies in it's employee centric policies and the efforts it puts to make its employees feel contented. The company is ever growing towards it's goal of becoming a pivotal technological ecosystem accomodating evry niche, advanced and upcoming technologies. My journey from being a java/microservices/springboot developer to working for a highly technologically driven financial client and getting to learn the whole apache spark domain along with kafka, ocp and related cloud technologies and tools is more than what I could have bargained for. It's very easy to get help from the L&D department to help you scale up; and not to forget the HR department being approachable easy to talk to. I have loved my time here so far.
