- No concern if the employee loses their end-client project.
- They let you work until the project is available.
- Small regular contracting companies are better than this, they definitely try to place you on any other existing clients.
- Does not care of any employee benefits or no response when asked about hike.
- They are just the payroll runners gain their part and leave them when there is no project.
- Don't join such companies, especially if you are on H1B.
- They lure you to join them saying they have so many projects and can find alternate projects, but that is quite opposite. They immediately start off boarding and separation emails with least concern to the employee visa status.
