Pros
Ipsos UU is a good place to work if you are interested in qualitative market research. The pay is not superior to jobs at other qualitative companies, however it is pretty standard. The work environment is pretty laid back as well. The Project director role is ideal for someone who is just starting out in the market research business and wants to get exposure to big-name Fortune 500 CPGs companies.

The pay is nothing to write home about. Opportunity for advancement is there, but will take a while to get to the position you want to achieve. Also, the management and HR culture can be evasive when communicating with PDs.
