7yThank you for your positive and welcome comments. SMEs always struggle to match the pension benefits of much larger companies so have to compensate in other ways such as uncapped leave policies and looking after members of the Inzpire family at the times they need it the very most. Our plan for future growth should see us maintaining those important benefits whilst increasing our pension contributions to try to bring them in line with much larger companies.
