      no knowledge at all as less educated people are working only pressure worst experience only people are required to serve like servant

      Kontras

      no training and money which even a beggar can earn in a month no direction as no one is educated the company has no future as employees are considered as servant

      Pros

      I am working with Team Inwizards from last 14 months and they have awesome team. I like the technical expertise of the team and how they are delivering the projects.

      Don't see any cons right now but definitely its always better to improve our skills.
