Our investor, Vista Equity Partners an industry leader in the technology SAAS space believes in our ability to continue to provide best in class service to our customers and to continue to expand our digital and physical footprint. We recognize that this has been a period of change and have been committed to being transparent, rolling out monthly InvoiceCloud All Hand meetings where team members can submit questions to leadership anonymously ahead of the meeting. We are also creating space in individual team meetings to hear directly from Kevin O’Brien, our CEO. We also hope that our InvoiceCloud relaunch we shared with teams in September will continue to help guide our teams as we plan for 2025 and beyond.
