We're able to work remotely which is also a big plus. Most of the people here are friendly and supportive of the team as a whole, it doesn't feel competitive or toxic.

It's a smaller firm so the benefits are sufficient but wish there were more fringe benefits.

Good pay, good work/life balance, interesting projects to work on, supportive management, fun people.
