Fun industry - Custom Automation Reasonably profitable. Somewhat flexible work schedule

Average to meager benefits. Vacation, medical, 401K Very cheap on pay raises. CEO feels that no one should get more than a 3% pay raise ever. High turnover - mostly an upper to top management issue. Lack of compensation recognition. IT is ridiculous - they will make changes and not verify their work to make sure their changes are correct. Will shut work down for hours at a time for multiple people. Poor at recognizing high value employees and have a tendency to continue to promote a fixed group of people well beyond their capabilities.
