While working for Invictus Direct, I have been able to grow so much both personally and professionally. The fast-tracked training program has given me the opportunity to learn more than I ever though I could in such a short amount of time. I have not yet had a job that has managed to teach me as much as I have learned here. Being rewarded for my hard work has been so encouraging and has given me that extra push when I need it most.
