Pay is always behind the market. Try to raise a concern and you pay for it, sometimes heavily. Sr mgmt feel its ok to belittle people and are dishonest. Onboarding new employees? It's sink or swim. Would make more sense to onboard new employees so they know the parts of the company, meet people.
