Great Experience for recent grads - Learn a ton

Workload is extreme. Management does not care about staff - I know this because I have a neighbor in management. Staff turnover is constant. Compensation is well below industry standards but this is part of their strategy - hire tons of recent grads for cheap and they get the necessary "experience needed" for every job they wanted. It is definitely a good place to start but the second you can leave, do it. Also, they don't promote from within. Period.
