Politics abound as they grow from a small company to one more competitive. Management cares only for themselves. If you think you are a value and irreplacable, think again. Many senior players (across all divisions) were reassigned, promoted too early, or unwisely kept in their same spot.
Most major contracts are fading fast and they are desperate to find others to sustain their growth.
No work/life balance, despite saying the contrary during the interview process.
