Furthermore, salaries are always paid on time, and any financial assistance is readily provided when needed.

The organization prefers onsite employees, which may limit opportunities for remote work. There is room for improvement in addressing employee needs and prioritizing them effectively. Additionally, the absence of a well-structured HR department occasionally leads to operational challenges.

If one deserves it, the salary will be revised after the probation period. In short, the present state of the company is satisfactory.
