This type of growth can be very difficult to manage, but the Partners have been doing a good job at maintaining the type of positive environment and culture that got them to this point. Pros: • Active and supportive Partners that understand the technology and aren't just empty suits. • Great team dynamic with no egos or office politics to get in the way . • Interesting clients and projects that keep things different from day to day. • Management that actively seeks new technology and methods, is open to change, and doesn't cling stubbornly to old ways of doing things. • Hard work is acknowledged and appreciated, but the need for balance is respected. • Work from home day is an option. • Free gym membership at a great facility, including showers, that is on-site at the office.

There is the potential for the company to experience some growing pains if the current pace continues. However, so far this hasn't been a problem. Cons: • The office is going to become a bit cramped in the not too distant future, if the current rate of growth continues.
