Not paid by the hour but per vist Management unhelpful, rude and dismissive of concerns Having more workload than meant to without being asked Does not protect the carers from potential threats No work life balance, will be on holiday and still recieve calls to go and work

I have nothing positive to say

A truly terrible employer that misrepresents terms and conditions. Bullying by managers is commonplace and is not corrected by the senior management
