Too much micromanagement by high ups (inventa needs to relook at their hiring policies and hire people who can actually do their job right). 3. Low Pay 4. Working on weekends. Yes, if you work here expect to be bugged over the weekends 5. An employee here is just another number, giving out grilled cheese isn’t going to make anyone happy 6. They look into the growth of their brand ambassadors more than the accounts team. I have being an AE for quite a while and expressed my desire to be an AM for quite a while. Not happening 7. The two owners need to be more involved and fix the company rather than joshing around. 8. Too much trying to impress to the clientele going on, has to be the one company where they can never say no to the client and literally have to to do anything they say.
