Good working atmosphere, amazing people, family friendly company. I have been working at.onvenias for just over a year now and it is the third company in this sector I have worked for. This is head a shoulders above the others. I have never worked for a company that I actually look forward to going to every day. All of the staff and friendly, outgoing and everyone pulls together in the same direction. The execs are possibly the most open door and approachable I have ever dealt with. I think I made the best decision of my working life.

Apart from the air con not working on the 5th floor of the office I have nothing bad to say.

There are many opportunities in the business for personal development and many training courses to sharpen up on your skills. The staff are like minded, very social and usually hang out on weekends together.

The only thing I can think of is that we need a bigger (beer) fridge
