The company is very keen on employee development so there are plenty of chances to develop new skills. The work environment is very flexible, management are keen to promote a healthy work life balance.

Not really a con but due to the flexible nature of the company the job requires a lot of independent work, if that's not something you're used to it could be a struggle.
