From director on up, management does not care about employees. You’re a number, an expense to be squeezed. HR is tracking wfh and punishing those who deviate from the 3 wfh per month. It feels like they’re trying to get people to quit so they don’t have to lay you off. The project development and engineering teams are understaffed and unqualified for the work they do. Be prepared to hear the phrase “I’ve never done ‘x’ before” right as someone makes an uninformed decision about it. The CEO literally said he’d build coal plants if they would make money. Pay is awful. Benefits are expensive and beneficial. They’re not worth your time, you can do better.
