Allowed to work from home, good base pay

I was allowed to work from my home office. The downside was they monitored me via skype, tracked every phone call and was a ghost on my computer (every second of every day). Not surprising since this is a software company. I didn't mind bein monitored, but I was not allowed to even take a lunch break. If I went to the bathroom and could not respond for 2 minutes they would begin skype messages demanding where I was. There was ZERO training. They asked for my previous tax returns which I refused. The entire working relationship was CRAZY and AWFUL!
