Intys decision making process has three components - Am I making money out of it? - Is it costly ? - Is it good for Intys image Therefore, Here is how it works when working for them: 1) You do not want/like your mission /// Decision making process/// You will take it anyway because otherwise you will be on the bench and not make any profit. You work in Finance, maybe you will like business analysist, or Logistics. Whatever is available for you not to be costly Do no count on the business managers, they will smile at you and tell you they understand. But they do not care. I have never seen sales people sitting that much in the office. They have good clients, no really looking for new ones. 2) You want to do some trainings /// Decision making process/// You will get your training, it is good for Intys to tell there employees follow trainigns. But since you just started, it will be after the long waiting list of people that started before you. Then, training will oftenly be done in-house. So no certification. If there is a certification to get the training will be in-house from people on the bench. Not from real expert of the aforementioned training. 3) You want to get an increase /// Decision making process/// Hahahaha good luck. That does not fit in the decision making process. Un less you are working like crazy, meaning no personal life to work for them outside of business hours (conference, trainings etc). See? Still the decision making process. 4) Parties !!! /// Decision making process/// Good for Intys Image but other than that. So that started in nice venues with good food and goo d parties but is slowly… sorry rapidly moving to the groundfloor of the building with cheap sandwiches and a few bottles of really cheap sparkling wine.
