The way they recently rolled out the RTO is abysmal. No valid explanation. Unfair application of the policy. Doesn’t make any sense for me to sit in the office when my team are remote. They put me in a building down the street from where my meetings would even be. Culture here is a joke, and there’s no trust in leadership.
