Pros

- The company has awesome benefits and compensation packages - The work life balance is super chill - Get all the equipment you need - Pretty easy going people to work with - If you are looking for a job the rest of your life, this place is perfect (don't expect to get rich, but don't worry about not having a steady paycheck. Not bad for San Diego lifestyle).

Kontras

- Terrible place to learn any new skills on becoming an up and coming engineer or product person - Not many have real world experience running their own businesses - Everyone has to wait on someone to tell them what to do, instead of taking the initiative - Management staff take all the kudos, but will never take the blame for something. Lack of accountability. - If a project doesn't do well, a great team suffers financially (salary increase, bonus or promotion) instead of rewarding people that are great employees. - Too many company pets. A LOT of people suck up to the right managers and don't add much value. Wouldn't last long at many other companies.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Kontras

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
