People with very less experience will be experimented in managerial role and with no maturity to deal with situations , applying personal intentions to mishandle and mislead , having not much technical experience or leadership skill , just managing with catchy English words in meetings. Also, don’t give clear scope of work what to do and directions when the work has lot of ambiguity , and made to bear a lot of Mistreatment , ignorance , partiality happening over months and only lead to quit . HR is powerless and are not supportive to lower level employees if any concern is raised and they just go with management blindly .
