Its a business and all that is important is the bottom line. Paying you a salary impacts that bottom line. So we will pay you as little as possible, provide no financial incentives, like bonuses or OT for senior staff. The hiring strategy is simple. Hire international employees and pay them way below industry standard for not having Canadian experience. Introba can’t compete with other firms in hiring local talent. The cracks are forming, people are realizing the job market is hot and people are getting offers between 20-50% more than what they are receiving currently. I genuinely do not see a future for this company.
