      - Poor management - Echoing the previous reviews on favoritism and not having an established HR department - You will find yourself in many "he said/she said" situations. - CEO - decent but overlooks or possibly unaware of managers/directors people skills...seems to care but is unaware of a lot going on within channels in a seemingly small company...

      Pros

      I've been with Intrepid for several years and appreciate both the flexibility offered to employees as well as the overall expertise of all my coworkers. It's a great thing to be surrounded by experts in their fields.
