If you are on an international visa (H1B), do not feel secure as they have laid off people with work visas and kicked them out of the country. -Changing priorities and no transparency -Led by fear -Poor vacation for an "exchange company". You start with 10 and gain 1 day each year. Also, there are forced vacation days around Christmas so in reality you get even less. -Managers that don't care about you at all and only watch their own backs. Senior leaders that are antiquated and full of lies. -No upper management potential -Do what you are told or be fired or pushed enough that you quit
