Great products, innovative marketing and sales strategy approaches, backed up with very competent sales and support structures globally.

Historically, the company promoted self management and individual creativity for business development, however, in recent years this has changed, the approach has a far more autocratic style of upper management, question their decisions at your peril. There used to be a great company culture, that has unfortunately been lost, mainly because of rapid growth and the resultant new corporate management hires. Senior management at corporate locations call the shots and show little respect for employees, also treating regional management with some distain and career growth is limited as a result.
