Small company, really takes care of its employees. Monday through Friday 6am start leave at 230. Very friendly schedule. Weekends always off unless overtime which is never mandatory.

Management is not on my site so communication can be difficult since it is all done through email. Very rare you'll need their assistance however.

The company has several high-profile clients so you quickly gain valuable experience with plenty of resume building potential. Flexible -- working from home and taking days off isn't difficult Great company outings/parties; you will get drunk, have fun and eat good food.

Limited growth potential -- most management positions occupied by owners/family members Pay is on the lower end of the scale; employees have to pay quite a bit for health insurance Office location is less than ideal but there is plenty of employee parking which is practically unheard of in Boston. Office dress code (business casual) despite the fact that the office seldom hosts visitors from outside the company.
