None quite honestly. My manager wasn’t a bad manager but literally had no authority so having a good manager with no authority is completely pointless.
Kontras
Everything at the company: the growth opportunity, compensation vs actual responsibilities, benefits...I could go on and on. Biggest problem is c-level and upper management who want to keep their employees down, but what’s worse is that this direction comes straight the owner. Who’s “family values” are apparently quite different from the average working person.
