The entire company is full of people who don’t respect each other and do the bare minimum. Everyone has an attitude with everyone else, including HR and the owner who feel it’s best to scream at employees when they’re angry or frustrated. The sales people are allowed to come and go as they please and talk to coworkers however they want because they kiss the owners butt and if you speak up about it, you’re let go. The only way to get a raise at this company is by threatening to leave or straight up leaving and not training anyone on your role so they literally HAVE to offer you more pay so you’ll come back.
