The management team cut them all because no one was looking at the amount of revenue. 20+ SDRs and only a few contracts per month is a disaster. - Upper management (CEO, COO) do not communicate with anyone. Don't listen to their new senior hires or will get involved in the last minute and change the plan. They don't have past experience running a company and it shows. - The Chinatown location is HORRIBLE. There are people shooting up right outside the front door and there are human feces you need to watch for so you don't step into it. - They hire a lot of family who are given preferential treatment. - The office is really dirty - There is ZERO opportunity for promotions - Compensation is really low
