Benefits are real good and they work to keep employees real satisfied. Telecommuting policy. Stock options and great 401 K benefits. Good vacation policy. Chaotic Project Mgmt and disorganization. Customer is GOD, so sometimes mismanagment of priorities. No proper career path for people who want to grow or learn more. Live with it type of attitude. Pay cucks. Get paid much lower than the industry out there. No salary uniformity between people who have been there and newer people who join
