With benefits and you can keep doing the same job and never have a chance to improve yourself.

1) The site is expecting every one chemist to do the two people’s job but with the lowest paid and title, the job is extremely demanding; 2) The director shows no respect to employees, it’s a shame to work with such a terrible managers; 3) If you want to be not promoted after working hard here for 10 to 20 years, here’s the place to meet your requirements, the same job title after working for over 10,20 years or they downgraded every chemist to Technician. A Ph D for chemistry or biology is still called Technican I. 4) The salary increase and green card sponsorship is a joke, no respect, career bully still exist in this ridiculous company; 5 ) 10 employees out of 25 have been left during the past 6 months, extremely low paid hopeless company, employees are the last thing they care.

Good group of people in local office.

Kontras

Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
