A huge lack of communication between corporate, upper management & employees. Our servers were obviously hacked this year and we didn’t have access to anything & were expected to just keep working and find a way around it. Corporate & upper management never addressed the issue with employees. Our managers kept saying they didn’t know anything. With the corona virus pandemic, upper management has said Intertek won’t allow anyone to work from home and that’s all they know.
