New leadership came from different business line and does not understand the petroleum space. New leadership also believes in consolidating power to be held by just a few, leaving caring, competent managers less effective and less influential. The new, evolving culture is demeaning and certainly not the same as what the corporate messaging is claiming. Strong voluntary leavers are increasing and they are leaving much energized to join competitors and be more effective than ever.
