Limited career progression - almost all management hires are external (usually from Inchcape) Clueless HR, none of the policies have been updated for 4 years and no one follows them anyway Mercenary Exec team, massively profligate with their own reward and benefits, yet slash valuable support services to save a few £ No investment in IT infrastructure, hopelessly out of date finance systems Addicted to spreadsheets Business is run by Operations, hence more about customer service than actually bringing in cash.
