None. I can't say enough awful things about this company as well as the client they had me work for.

I was one of their account managers. I worked on-site at Talbots as a "consultant". I was in the softlines division. The women at Talbots were rude, dismissive and demeaning. My direct boss at Intertek was unresponsive and ignored my emails when I needed help. I worked round the clock in order to communicate with overseas labs trying to get answers to questions from the clients. I felt isolated at Talbots and after only five months I could not bare to deal with the women there as they made me feel useless and alienated on a daily basis. With no help or response from my boss at Intertek I quit the company for sanity's sake! I would not recommend working as on onsite account manager for Intertek's softlines division and I CERTAINLY would not recommend ANYONE to work with the product integrity group at Talbots.

Pros

Fairly independent work environment, with alot of work variety at times. Lot's of PTO.

Kontras

Minimal/few promotion opportunities. Stubborn managerial structure with too much penny pinching. Little incentive to innovate. Pay could be better.
