Pros
Had some nice people to work with. There are some real hard workers here. They seem to install systems that are on the cutting edge.

They like to heap tons of work on you and squeeze you for everything you got. You do the work of several people and the pay doesn't match. They told me they wanted to move me into a JR PM Position to see how I do then they would increase my pay. I had to have them put in writing how long this period would be and what my increase would be afterwards. They did honor that but it was like pulling teeth. I always heard that I was one of the best PMs but that was all they gave me. They bought another company and they all got raises before we merged while we were still making basic wages. People would get a job some where else and then they would get a raise. Or people would leave then come back in a couple months for a raise. I didn't want to play those games, you either appreciate my work or you don't. Some of the management team likes to micromanage and get involved in things that don't apply to them. Some of the senior sales would just sell stuff and not even know if would work or not. So operations would be left holding the bag. I think that person has left since then.
