Awful treatment and a company with no morale - Retail and Corporate Security bei Interr Security: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I spent 6 years working for them and my wages increased only by a pound by the time I left. A very racist,sexist and judgemental company. I trained newcomers specially white and European who were becoming supervisors and managers within months and I was never valued.I feel sorry for myself being part of it. My loyalty and hard work was NEVER appreciated. They a also let clients down.
