There are many nice people trying to make a living in manaufacturing. Company spends money on technology although select few receive formal training. Wages are somewhat comparable to other manufacturing facilities in Illinois.

Management is frequently put in positions that they are not qualified for and it makes it difficult to get things accomplished. Because of this, the planning is poor and the result is the constant micromanagement that causes frustration among the managers and lead people that have to answer to employees that get treated unfairly. Changes in policy happen very frequently and are not communicated to employees or managers regularly.Because of the company's commitment requiring a 24/7 operation, forced weekend work paid at straight wages is the norm. Use of temporary employment and turnover add to the chaos.
