Pros
Organization making great stride to improve leadership skills. HR seems to be digging out from a lot of legacy problems. Moving towards a more centralized approach which should benefit it's ability to be agile and show value to it's employees

Senior management not transparent enough to know why some changes are happening. Can be very political at the senior leadership level but I've started to see change.
