The benefits we get is above par, and it is a very presitigous company to work with. The career development was promising when I started, but later on, politics started to kick in.
Kontras
The salary structure has not been changed for the longest time No holiday pay/rest day duty pay/night differential for supervisors and up. The compensated time off accumulated over the years cannot be converted to cash when you retire. 12 hour shift and no per hour extra pay after 8 hours work? C'mon?!
