Management, good ol boys club, favorite employees can work less but acknowledged, they don’t place value on their employees, they want you to increase work load while they decrease insurance coverage, 401 k among other benefits but they make sure you work harder to make management more profit to make their paychecks bigger. No profit hospital is because profit goes to administrative pockets. Administration will not support the staff.
