Management and human resources didn't follow their own policies for eliminating positions. Show very little concern for their employees well being. I watched one supervisor eliminate eight people in a very impatient, manipulative way before it was my turn. In my case, my supervisor imposed extra requirements that made it impossible to keep up with regular work, which was not imposed on colleagues.
