Senior are so focused on where they want to go they are missing the importance and humanity of the how they get there. Between layoffs, reorganizing and good people choosing to leave, Intermountain is not what it used to be. The culture made it a great place to work has been fundamentally broken. It is now a culture based on fear and focused on looking good rather than treating people well.
