The company culture is very much hard work and determination to create success and I tend to enjoy working with other people who care and want to be the best. The company continues to have some old school management practices and personalities which at times clash with the needs of an evolving and growing company. This will never be a ping pong tables and thirsty Thursdays culture, so if you're looking for that, you'll want to pass.
