IE is a fast paced, hard working company. They expect a lot out of their employees, but they make it worth your time. Ownership is heavily involved in the day to day, and has no issue rolling up their sleeves to work along side you. If you're looking for a place that you can make a difference at while working in a company that is growing year over year this is the place.

Company has many old traditions (or ways of doing things), and sometimes getting newer process ideas to move through the company can be difficult. However, if you stick to your guns and demonstrate competency the ideas generally can become a reality.
